Doggies
We all love dogs and some of us like to parade our prize possessions besides using our roads for their exercises and their toilets. It's ok to shit on the road as long as it is not infront of our own house.

Plastic bags
Look at the number of plastic bags contributed by the "hardworking" council. Surely there must be a better way to dispose the leaves.
